Hi! I’m Erin.

When I was a kid, my dad didn’t just teach me about money—he made sure I understood how it worked. We’d have long conversations about everything from investing to the Federal Reserve to why saving early matters. I remember him showing me a compounding graph, explaining how small, consistent investments could turn into something big over time. He even made sure I knew how to balance a checkbook (back when that was a thing!).

But more than just numbers and financial concepts, those conversations gave me something even more important: confidence. When I opened my first bank account, my dad had me step up first, shake the bank president’s hand, and talk directly to the teller. He wanted me to feel in control of my money, and by extension, my future.

That confidence led me to a degree in economics and a career as an entrepreneur; but more importantly, it led me here—to helping others build that same sense of financial empowerment. I know firsthand that understanding money isn’t just about making smart financial decisions—it’s about feeling capable and in charge of your life.

That’s why I created Coin and Compass Financial Coaching—to help young adults cut through the confusion, build smart money habits, and gain the confidence to make financial decisions that align with their goals and values. Whether you’re figuring out how to start investing, setting up a budget that actually works, or just trying to feel less stressed about money, I’m here to help.

You don’t have to have it all figured out—just take the first step. Let’s do it together.

Let’s talk.
